Surface Functionalisation of Materials and Physico-Chemical Characterisation at the Biointerface (B MONS21 - Position 1 of 1)
Low-pressure plasma polymerization technologies offer an important flexibility in order to tune the surface chemistry and microstructure. The trainee will test plasma polymer films deposited at different conditions at the interface with protein and cells by a multitechnique approach, including atomic force microscopy (AFM), quartz crystal microbalance with dissipation (QCM-D) monitoring, laser scanning confocal microscopy (LSM) and cellular assays.
