“What is Europe?”
The Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, in partnership with the Regional Cooperation Council (RCC), is going to host the EU-Balkan Youth Forum on 22-26 November 2021 in Rome.
The Forum is to gather students from all over Europe to talk about the common challenges of the future of Europe and Balkans' full EU membership.
Italian Foreign Minister Luigi Di Maio will attend the final session in order to report the results to the Conference on the Future of Europe.
The Forum's organising partners beside RCC include the Regional Youth Cooperation Office (RYCO) from Tirana, the Centro Studi Politica Internazionale (Rome) and Osservatorio Balcani Caucaso Transeuropa (Trento). The Forum will unite 33 countries, 78 students, 10 mentors and a number of policy makers from across Europe, in order to gather new inputs and ideas and chart a common path for further action.
The Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation will also set aside funds for the network to develop future projects based on the conclusions of the Forum on institutional, economic and social issues.
Applications are welcome from university students from entire Europe, with a proven interest in EU integration and social activism.
The agenda and application form are available at www.eubalkanforum.org.
Applications are welcome until 15th October 2021.
